Refund policy

Every Packwell order is backed by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email [hello@packwell.store] within 90 days of delivery for a refund or free replacement. Items should be returned in reasonable condition where possible; we'll provide return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full — just send a photo. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
